Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for an exchange or a refund.
All packaging, all tags attached, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sell-able condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
